Thomas' grandfather

Hi everyone , I hope all is well ...I am a 24 year old male from Durban South Africa , I don't really have alot but I am willing to put all I have to help my grandad out as much as I can . I'm reaching out to any kind souls out there that could please help me to fund my grandfather's health situation . He has cervical arthritis in his neck which is causing him to have extreme vertigo and nausea as he wakes up and lasts almost the whole day . We have both decided on him going in for an operation to relieve pain and pressure in his neck . I'm asking if there would be any kind souls out there that can help me out with funding my grandpas surgery
