My name is sfiso Eric Hlambisa I live in the valley of Maphephetheni Embozamo I'm the owner and the founder of We a team named Chocolate City FC.

This team started on 9th August 2016 meaning that it have four years and four divisions under(11,13,15&17) which make us to have 56 players.

I have qualifications for my team First-aid level 1, premier skills soccer coaching course,sport administration , project manager , financial manager for non-fanantial managers

These donations will go to our team bank account to help us renew our kit and equipment, airtime , nutrition , Transport , accommodation , fees for tournaments , soccer boots and tracksuit with logo design
