Join the #womandlachallenge - we are aiming for a world record!

#Jerusalemachallenge is a global phenomenon: By Master KG and Nomcebo Zikode, with moves from the townships of South Africa, the whole world is instagramming, tiktokking, facebooking, tweeting and youtubeing their version of the #jerusalemachallenge. And now it is your time - but make it #womandlachallenge and in support of Women and Children's Empowerment.

With the #womandlachallenge which launched on 9 August 2020, we call on all contestants to sign up, and pay a donation / nominal amount of your choice from free to any multiple of 1: From ZAR 1.00 to ZAR 10.00 or even R 1 million. Just mask up, warm up, and move! And if you can't dance: Feel free to sponsor a team, or donate! Thank you! Proceeds will go to vulnerable women and children across South Africa through our associated organisations, partners and beneficiaries.

For those of you ready to try out the moves: Have a look at our YOUTUBE CHANNEL - check out the competition. And get ready to video yourself - and your friends and family, masked up and socially distanced, doing the #womandlachallenge. Please email your video to us at [email protected]. We will upload it to our YOUTUBE CHANNEL: https://bit.ly/33TwGE5   Also tag or upload it to our facebook page @womandlachallenge. And tag us across all social media Twitter, Insta, TikTok. #womandlachallenge; #jerusalemachallenge; #womandlajerusalemachallenge; ; #jerusalemacharitychallenge.

Also feel free to JOIN US every Sunday in August in Maboneng in Downtown Johannesburg at 11h00 where you can join the Katlehong Kids who have wracked up almost 3 million views of their original #jerusalmachallenge. Limited to 40 per session!

Proceeds from this fundraiser will be administered by the Inner City Collective Community Action Network which operates under the association of non-profit and community structures that have come together in aligned bodies in response to the Covid-19 pandemic and its devastating effects on the people of South Africa. Beneficiaries include Fight with Insight, Women and Men Against Child Abuse and various organisations committed to Women and Children's Empowerment - from the inner city to way beyond.
