This month we are tackling the topic of, Leadership. Strong leadership qualities are crucial for any entrepreneur, regardless of how big or small your business is. To be an effective leader, you must understand your own motivations, strengths and weaknesses. Great leaders connect with their team by facilitating open communication, encouraging employee growth and development, and giving and receiving feedback to create a proficient and effective working space both on and offline.

Our key speaker this month is Rio Hooper. Rio runs a successful online marketing business, while being a full-time model. She is passionate about giving back and being a force for good. At just 24 years old Rio is the 7th female is South Africa to reach the top achiever award in her company which has resulted in her having to manage many different teams globally. Her teams rely on her to motivate them to grow their position in the company.

In this session we will discuss how to be an impactful and effective leader, especially in very uncertain times. Rio will share some of her personal tips on leadership in an unconventional industry such as online marketing in which most, if not all interaction with teams are done.
