Google has built a powerful suite of communication tools. Navigating your email, calendar and task lists in an online environment can be daunting. This session is a good introduction to maximising these Google tools. It is perfect for those who are new to Google or need a refresher course on communication.

- Understanding your Gmail mailbox
- Advanced search in Gmail for quick mail retrieval

- Best practise when composing mail including using templates
- Create and edit meetings in Google Calendar
- Keeping track of tasks with Google Keep
