We need financing to construct a full title house in Nelspruit. The aim is to get finance of R1 800 000 to construct a 220m2 house in a security complex. We offer 10% interest on the loan amount and a total of 50% of the profit once we sell it. Thus 50% of the total profit will go to investors and 50% to Ukuzwana Construction. Our building cost is at the minimum bank allowed rate per m2 to maximize to profit. Company books will be audited and verified for transparency.
