The POPI Act came into full effect on the 1st of July 2020 which means that all industries (and health care professionals) have until the 30th of June 2021 to become fully compliant to the POPI Act regulations. This workshop, presented by Adv Anita Kleinsmidt, will assist health care professionals in navigating the guidelines in their journey to POPI Act Compliance.
As part of this talk you will also receive a POPIA clause to include in your patient contracts.
