Postnatal yoga allows you the much needed time to refuel your mind, body and soul for the experience that is motherhood. It works through the painful tension that sits in your body and also assists with pregnancy complications like diastisis, lower back pain and joint pain. 


Talk will cover going back to work after maternity leave.
