Join the “DRAB TO FAB - 6 weeks to a healthier slimmer you” progamme. It’s a 6 week online group programme where like-minded women come together to support each other. I will coach and guide you to achieving your health and weight loss goals and get you to the BEST version of you. My weight loss methodology is based on developing a non-competitive environment that prioritise trust, empathy and a commitment by all participates to become the best version of themselves while being a source of inspiration and strength for each other.
