More about the Artists:

Reuben aka ReubiCon is an Enthusiastic and Passionate Singer Songwriter with a beautiful Story to tell. His Songs, while simple, contain an Elemental Beauty...Reuben's music style is uniquely South African, yet Global with an 'Acoustic Folk Twang' and soft flavors of Poetic Tapestry. His lyrics captivate you with a subtle tone hidden behind a powerful and impactful message. You will find yourself engrossed in the words, melodies and harmonies that so beautifully and uniquely match his character. Reuben's Music speaks through him and brings to life his deep love and passion for life... People... the Mountains and most importantly, the Planet at Large.

Sarah Robyn Farrell s many things – a musician, an eco-communicator, a writer, an activist. Her folk-style music and creativity are informed by the very fertile ground of environmental and social justice issues. She aims to raise awareness around socio-environmental issues and give people space to heal and navigate living in a world in environmental crisis. Sarah's work has a raw freshness that is often cut through with candid, unvarnished lyrics. But what sets Sarah’s words apart from the average assumption of what an activist might sound like is the astute observations, not only of society, but of herself. Her self-awareness comes through with complete clarity, and without any unnecessary self-deprecating humour. It is this honesty that allows the listener to hear her songs without the damning and condemning tones often painted onto activists, but rather with an offering of hope and love, an offering of a solution – of change through music.

Monwabisi "Soulitide" Dasi is a cultural activist. His ability to create and communicate is his mission and purpose on earth. He has a passion for visual Art, music, and is interested in expression and communication through art in various forms. Soulitude is not alone, he brings with him RubyGold (vocalist), Grant Van Rooyen (Bass), William Jacobs Jr (Piano). Coming together from across the Peninsula, they bring you a combination of Jazz, Storytelling, Rhythm, Soul, and Poetry.
