Femmove is an holistic experience of dance, movement and coaching to empower and uplift women; of all shapes and sizes. In our progression towards wholeness, it is a self-love journey of honouring, respecting, celebrating and loving yourself by feeling great from within.

Come and join us for a fun-filled morning, sexy heels dance class in a beautiful studio setting. This women empowerment class will be filled with encouragement, connection, positive vibes, loads of fun and of course, spoils! 

You'll dance, move, stretch and groove the morning away - build confidence and burn some calories while you're at it. Let's celebrate this milestone together in creating amazing memories and kickstart our 1st year together as we are on this self-love journey towards becoming our best selves.
