It’s the sequel!
Once again Barrydale gets a name change. This time for a full weekend, 14-16 July 2023. With commitments already in from across South Africa, Friday will witness the birth of a new Sturgis as the Klein Karoo village of Barrydale awakes from its winter slumber to the roar of screaming Eagles .
Central cog in the Harleydale wheel will be Harley House (formerly the Karoo Art Hotel). Barrydale village boasts 180 beds. Add to that ‘hug a Harley’ and adopt a fat boy private home stays plus a new "tent town" and you’ll find place to lay your head down - but book now to secure your accommodation.
Friday night Barrydale becomes party town. Saturday sees group rides bomb-shelling out of the village to take on the best of Karoo riding with a grand convergence and triumphant group ride back into the village previously known as Barrydale. Saturday night is The Art of Iron in the Karoo Art Ballroom, Harley St alongside and Bistro Blues across the road: DJ’s, live music, sideshows and ink. Sunday sees a charity hand over and we all head off to try get our names back again (including the village previously known as Barrydale).
Our Tented camp will include shower facilities, wash-up basins and ablution facilities with some basic amenities.
