Join us at the amazing Alchemy House in Hout Bay on Monday 3 October for a Conscious Breathwork Journey, guided and held by Olivia Moon of Bodhi Khaya Retreat. 

When we breath deeply and consciously, we have the capacity to alchemise heavy, stuck, emotions and stories, bringing in spacious energy, a lightness of being and powerful insights. 

Using Conscious Circular Breathing, we will journey deep with the breath in order to clear, cleanse and shift your vibrational frequency, allowing you to release and let go of what no longer serves you and to make space for more of what aligns to your true soul essence. 

A grounding Ayurvedic Moonmilk and light snack will be served afterwards.

Please bring a journal and pen, something comfortable to lie down on (thin mattress or yoga mat with a thick blanket on top), a warm blanket to cover yourself with, a pillow and an eye mask if you have one.
