Join us as we come together and learn about how you can nurture all the things that make you unique as a woman! Focusing on the health of your body, your mind, and your soul!
Hosted by the women of CRC Hermanus, we will be joined by a renowned dietician, Hilda Woudstra who will be our guest speaker for the morning along with an exceptional performance by singer Loren Erasmus.
The event will include extra entertainment for the ladies as well as finger snacks.
