Help me join a Cruise Line as a Crew!

About

My good people. My name is Garfield Melvin Bheme. I am 24 years old and currently residing in Witbank, Mpumalanga. I have a passion for sales as well as marketing.

I have been unemployed for almost a year now. As a foreign national it's difficult to get employed with the current circumstances and scarcity of jobs in South Africa. Three months back, I embarked on a journey to try the cruise line industry. A UK employment agency saw my profile on one of the cruise ship career websites. I was contacted as they showed interest in my CV to become an Events Manager for a Jewelry company on board one of the major cruise lines. I had to submit a short 2 min video to the agency along with a copy of my CV which they said they will view and submit the hiring organisation. The hiring organisation is United States based but are doing well with going mainstream.

Two weeks later I received a congratulations email from the hiring company stating that they saw my video and they would like to move to the next step with me. They scheduled my first Microsoft Teams video call interview which I had six days after receiving the email. The first interview went well, my interviewer was quite impressed with the research and work I had put in to prepare. Two days later I received another congratulations email which stated that I have been selected to move to the second and final round of interviews but this time it will be with the Fleet Management for the specific cruise line which they sought will best suit me. The final interview took place two weeks later after my initial first interview. I made sure I was well prepared, I was interviewed by two managers affiliated with the specific cruise they thought will best suite me. They were happy, loved my personality and the energy I produced on the screen. Two hours later I received my congratulations email stating I was accepted to join the organisation and will now need to begin with the onboarding process. They don't cover the costs to get the documents ready, however they will book any flights from my home airport to the U.S.

This process is costly and I humbly ask for help. I need to get my passport renewed, get my C1D visa which allows me work on ships in the U.S, book a full medical exam with a qualifying physician and lastly do an STCW course that runs for 9 days of which you learn the safety and precautions on what do you in case of an emergency whilst on a ship. After doing careful calculations I realised I need R30000 to prepare all the required documents. You are welcome to contact me and I'll show you proof on everything that is required in order for me board the ship. Any contribution will be appreciated

Just a little bit about my background I am the oldest of two children. Back in 2018 my sister and I lost our dear mother after she was murdered by our father. This was after she had decided to leave my father due to the emotional abuse she had been experiencing for two decades. I have a younger sister who is about to finish her Gr11 this year and next year will be her final year in High School. She is looking to study computer science or IT, but I need to make sure I am financially stable to support her dreams. Which is why I need this job and opportunity. I have asked some family members for help but no one is coming to my aid to assist, it's a sad thing to be honest especially from those you expect to have your back. My father is not involved in our lives, I have had to become the father figure to my little sister to pay her school fees and other expenses that she might need as girl maturing to be a young woman. It hasn't been easy but by God's grace, we've managed to wake up each day and see his hand in every situation despite our circumstances.

Please help me make this opportunity come true. God bless you in advance and may you never lack anything in your life.
