The Nedbank Top Empowerment Conference looks to celebrate the progress made by those committed to empowering black businesses and gain actionable insight on transforming the South African workforce through interactive panel discussions, keynote addresses and workshops. As we move into 29 years of democracy, it is imperative for businesses in South Africa to push a transformation agenda. Nedbank has been sponsoring the Top Empowerment Conference since its inception 8 years ago and recently acclaimed the naming rights to this event making it the “Nedbank Top Empowerment Conference.”
This full 2-day conference will be taking place on 19 and 20 July in Johannesburg as a hybrid conference. The success of the economy rests on South Africa’s ability to nurture its people skills and development, open space for black owned businesses and re-shape the socio-economic status quo. It is of utmost importance to take this year of transition and transformation head on and recover, respond, regain and rebuild South Africa.
The Nedbank Top Empowerment Conference showcases companies who have achieved a 95% Empowerment Partnership of Level 1 - 4 B-BBEE scorecard rating from both the private and public sector.
