- I have been in the catering industry for as long as I can remember. I am mostly self taught but have learnt a lot through work experience. I started making gluten free products 8years ago due to a single Customer who could not eat gluten... through trial and error I finally managed to make very decent pies....from this I managed slowly to increase my customer base and then finally into a frozen food store...so I trundled on few a few years trying as I might to grow the business but financial aid was not at all available to me....COVID hit and business completely slowed down. I am now finally getting back on my feet. My products range has grown from 1 line item to approximately 25....I have a large private client base but would desperately like to get a small shop where I can exclusively sell Gluten Free Products. The ultimate dream goal is to have my very own food truck that caters to gluten free vegan customers....
