What could be better than a special morning of yoga and meditation held in the tranquil gardens of Casalinga in Muldersdrift. The 75-minute class taught by the beautiful Jo Gibbon of Living Yoga, the class will ground you and strengthen your resolve as we head into the second half of the year.

With over R20 000 in prizes, kindly donated by yoga apparel companies, yoga studios and vegan-friendly suppliers, the day is one not to be missed!

We are calling on yogis all over JHB to join us for this event in aid of our 140+ shelter dogs at our site in Midrand supporting the Jivamukti mantra ‘Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu’ – ‘May all beings everywhere be happy and free and may the thoughts, words and actions of my life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all’.

The day will also include a BLOCKBUSTER book sale and the Paws R Us Barkery will be selling their delicious doggy treats.
