We are looking for good sales agents or we will teach the ways to become professional Team Leaders and learn to work smarter not harder using the 80/20 rule with higher than normal commission earnings within dynamic teams. The event will be on Wednesday 21 June 2023 from 09h30 registration and meet and greet - event starts at 10am to 12pm, thereafter we will be there to handle any concerns or questions you may have with light snacks supplied.

We will have our preferred conveyancing attorney (CBI Attorneys) at the event talking about the Real Estate Transfer process and also the benefits of what they offer and why they teamed up with PerryWood Properties.

The Principal of PerryWood Properties will be having a talk about the Real Estate industry as a whole and his career so far in the business spanning nearly 29 years and the benefits of joining our new dynamic brand and what we can offer both Experienced & Qualified Property Practitioners plus New Property Practitioners and the benefits of joining this industry or making a move to us from your current brand.

Also on the agenda we will be having a talk about the bond application process through our preferred Bond/Mortgage Originator being GET GO HOMELOANS. They will discuss the process and the different requirements and the services they offer to help your clients secure the purchase of their most valuable asset and why they also partner with us at PerryWood Properties.

The next speaker will be done via live stream, showing the value they offer us here at PerryWood Properties from a paid social media advertising side by a company called FLOW LIVING. This will explain how we secure leads through social media which in turn helps you spend less time on the phone calling cold leads and irritating the general public out there. Let them come to you rather.

The final speaker will also be done via Live Stream, this is a company that we at PerryWood Properties have partnered with because we agents need to spend less time on admin and follow ups with our clients through a specially designed CRM created exclusively for the South African Real Estate Market - They are a dynamic Husband and Wife team and their company is called PROPCON.
