She is also Chairperson of Embrace Africa Community Foundation, an NPO that seeks societal transformation through engagements and active participation with various stakeholders in different sectors. Themby will be unpacking all the critical points to consider taping into, to remodel business strategies that can stand a competitive chance in the ever changing markets.

Through her role as a Concept Developer for different organizations, she explores different markets and she models organizations for sustainability in the ever changing trends.
