About the event: 

Business Mentorship & Career Advancement Summit (BMCAS) was founded in 2018. BMCA offers a network platform and ecosystem for professionals and entrepreneurs from start-ups, EME's and QSE's by using the model of business coaching, partnerships, mentorship and sharing tools.

This conference will: 

1. Offer a platform for  entrepreneurs to engage with successful business men and women who will share strategies of starting, growing and resolving African challenges faced by businesses during this strained economies. 
2. Focus groups to address sector focused questions, delegates will be paired with BMCA Guest Speakers who are successful businesswomen and men to address questions from delegates who are looking at starting a business, growing or scaling up their existing businesses, share information on or incubation and funding opportunities.
3. The conference will bring together like-minded individuals from various sectors in one room across Africa and from different value chain stages. 
4. The conference will create a platform and network of entrepreneurs who will discuss  current opportunities and develop strategies to address business development issues as well as career advancement matters in the workplace
5. Delegates will learn about other funding models for their businesses, investments plans and acquiring assets cash with no funding institutions  

BMCA to date has created a network of over 200 African entrepreneurs. BMCA has a successful business and career mentorship programme with over 30 Alumni who successfully completed the program.
