This Mandela Day, Woodrock Animal Rescue brings you, due to popular demand, another unique yoga class with a twist: Yoga with pups!
You'll get to pet, play with, and get to know some adorable four-legged friends and experience the calmness and relaxation of a yoga class. The puppies provide a fun and uplifting atmosphere, making it easier to get into a relaxed and calm state. Puppy Yoga is also great for reducing stress and improving mental health, as well as increasing physical fitness and flexibility. Plus, it's hard to resist the charm of these adorable puppies crawling around you while you strike a pose! You might even be inspired to give one of our dogs a forever home.
Come out this Mandela Day and do some puppy-loving yoga supporting Woodrock Animal Shelter. All proceeds made go to our shelter.
