Help Julian get his home back

I am rising funds to help me get my home back. a few years back i had to move out of my home and move in with my mum . I had rented out the place and with the money i was paying my home loan i have with the bank and the water and lights. the people renting the place moved out and there was no1 staying in the place for a few months and my home loan went in arear and the lights and water bill was still charging me event though there was no one staying there . now the bank want to sell the place. please help me keep my home.
