Carline brings over a decade of experience working closely with adolescents, both as an educator and now as a registered Wellness Counsellor. Her expertise lies in helping parents understand, communicate with, and support teenagers. She has a special interest in working with LGBTQIA+ youth, utilizing DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills to aid emotional regulation.
Ros, a seasoned clinical psychologist, operates a thriving private practice where she engages with adults and teenagers alike. Her approach is rooted in a psychodynamic framework complemented by cognitive behavioral therapy. Ros's expertise in gender and sexual identity issues makes her an invaluable resource in this discussion.
