What to have with you:

• cardboard
• scissors
• glue
• magazine cut outs/printed images of your goals/vision/dreams including things and places

Please note: This work must be done manually on cardboard/paper, where you will physically stick the images of your goals and dreams, it should not be done on a computer or digital programme like Canva or Photoshop. We will explain the power in the process of manual creation. You can also draw the images representing your vision/goals/places.
