J.O.M December Workout
Saturday 16 December
Each month @RyanFitnessINT will create a unique 4-LEVEL full body home workout program, catering to every fitness level, from the moderately mobile & unfit, to the fully mobile & super fit gym bunny. You simply start at the level you feel is best for your current abilities, do your best over the month to push the workout three times a week or more, and once you feel you are strong enough, you move onto the next level. If you are confident in your abilities at the final level, that’s when you take on the #CommitToFitDAILY 8-week challenge. But for many, that’s already too far ahead, so we need to work with where you are at now and build on that. You all have a foundation, we just need to add walls, then a roof, and then some furniture…. Trust me, there is something for EVERYONE!
What is J.O.M? It stands for JUST-ONE-MORE. You are not expected to do more than you can, and if that’s just one repetition on your first day, that’s still better than not at all. So, you learn the technique, focus on that, and each day you repeat the program your goal is simply to add JUST-ONE-MORE, and on the days when you can’t, your aim is to do what you did the last time, but ideally never less. Just keep at it, the more you do it, the better you’ll get at it. Consistency will always bring results!
Each full J.O.M workout includes a cardio, lower body, upper body & middle body block, each with 6 exercises, a total of 24 exercises. You choose how you use the program, whether its cardio on one day, lower body the other, then upper body, and then middle body, or, as you get stronger, create a combination and do cardio each day, plus one of the other blocks, and then alternate the three, creating three workouts, or repeat the full workout twice in one day when you’re super strong. I will explain all the options in the LIVE, and then take the time to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly.

You will need resistance bands like these (Takealot), or these (Amazon), but if you can’t get hold of them immediately, then just fill 2x2l milk cartons with water, 2l is approx. 2kg, or if 2 x 750ml 1 bottles of wine (750 ml) is 1.2 kgs with the glass.
