AFIA FESTIVAL is a dance and music festival that celebrates and aknowledges South African cultures. It serves as a meeting point for both artists and non artists to meet and exchange! Afia is a family-affair with a high quality of artistry! The festival was first created in 2016 in Sweden, to highlight and tell the stories of the subculture and dancestyle isiPantsula from Johannesburg. It started as a pure dance camp but today it's a full blown Festival with different activities to offer a variation of ways to participate and learn about South African cultures!

The festival has been going strong for 6 years in Sweden but this year we decided to finally bring it HOME!
