Join us for this Women's Event where we will gather with friends, to pause and practice mindfulness.
In the midst of our busy lives, this will be dedicated time to experience grace, presence and gratitude.
We will enjoy a delightful snack with coffee or tea on arrival and then participate in an interactive session which will include knowledge sharing, reflection time and creative activities.
This will be a time to connect and learn in a relaxed environment.
