Grading of the hikes:

6km/2 hours (250m elevation) Casual Hiker grade 2.5, regular hiker grade 1.5

13km/4-5 hours (500m elevation) Casual Hiker grade 3.5, regular hiker grade 2.5

What to bring:

snacks, water or cold drinks, a cap, plus a backpack to carry all that. also a phone or camera to capture all the wildlife and beauty!

Hiking boots/shoes with good grip.

Grading Of Hikes:

Grade 1 Easy. Minimal fitness required

Grade 2 Not too strenuous. Moderate fitness

Grade 3 Moderate. Physical fitness advisable

Grade 4 Strenuous. Physical fitness essential

Grade 5 Very strenuous - high level of physical fitness essential
