ABOUT
OCT South will be hosting a Winter Breakout Trail Run Challenge with a Sprint Course option after the run.15km Trail Run (Alcatraz) - 7.30am
10km Trail Run (Pollsmoor) - 7.45am
5km Trail Run (Robben Island) - 8.00am
Medals to all finishers. Cash prizes for the first 3x Alcatraz Runners (Male and Female). Sponsored Prizes for your Pollsmoor and Robben Island Trail Challenge.
We will be have a Team Relay (3 particapants - 2x male 1x female) aswell as individuals on a sprint course (Obstacles) After the trail Run starting at 11am (Spectator Friendly) Entries will be accepted on the day. Pre bookings on the sprint course is advised
