Toxic employees and individuals in the workplace are a major drain on productivity, morale and engagement. Nobody likes or wants to be faced with them but many people find themselves unable to avoid them in their day to day work. Given the amount of time the average person spends at work, a good chunk of it is sometimes in a non-conducive work or team environment. Despite their detrimental impact, most organizations spend very little time developing effective strategies on how to manage or mitigate against these so-called bad apples.

This half day workshop will look at the impact of toxic employees in the workplace and provide you with practical tips and tools to help you manage counterproductive employees, peers and colleagues.
