Neither justice nor change imply suffering. Compensation and fairness can be attained by peace and calmness.
But how to maintain your nonjudgmental center, your inner core unconditionally loving soul in the midst of so many injustices to humans, animals, plants and our mother the Earth?
How can we avoid suffering while being present and empathetically connected to the chaotic world we live in?
